When Jesus Christ said “You are the light of the world”, it means that once we receive Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior, we, Christians, are separated from darkness, we are in this world but not in this world. It encourages us to live according to what the bible teaches. Therefore, if we are light of the world, it must be shone through our life testimony.
