Sin will take us further then we ever wanted to go.
It will make us pay more than we ever wanted to pay.
It will make us stay longer than we ever wanted to stay.
What can be the key to this dilemma?
Jesus spoke these Words to the captive who had been set free: “Go and sin no more!”
Jesus knew that these ones who had been healed of a disease, or forgiven of an iniquity would sin again.
But perhaps He used those Words to serve as a constant reminder, He is the one key to our emancipation from evil.
The staying power of Jesus Christ will break the power of sin and release its grip from us.
“Many are the sins of the righteous. But the Lord delivers us out of them all.” Psalm 34:19
