Great things are created in the fire of affliction!
The heat increases and ferociously rages. The substance which once was solid succumbs to the intensity of the temperature. The fire is relentless until all the impurities are burned up. It is 100 percent pure and ready to mold into any shape.
Gold is created through the fire.
Likewise God uses our struggles to burn and trim off what is not good, to create a vessel ready to be used for His purpose.
When it seems as though we will expire from the pressure, we live on and grow.
Affliction is but temporary.
God’s plans are eternal.
See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction. Isaiah 48:10
