In the darkest night, the smallest prayer will ignite a light to see you through to morning.
The shadows are ominous. But God is the shadow chaser, and He will seek you out.
No fears, nor tears will scare Him away.
He has seen it all before, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Yet He believes you are worth hanging around for.
Your sins, no matter how many, are a thing of the past, when you surrender it all to Him.
I’m talking about a clean slate!
“Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the LORD. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.”Isaiah 1:18
He has been there, and He will remain. When you are in pain and you feel like you are doing life alone, Jesus is there.
The heartache is real.
But He is more real and steadfast until the end.
He won’t leave you in the lurch like others had.
No, on the contrary, He will put you on a pedestal.
He will cause your light to shine for all to see.
And if you lose your way again, do not be afraid to come home.
He is waiting, with arms opened wide.
